Designed for family holidays, so that everyone has their own space while still staying together:

Upstairs:
- Albères Room — Queen Size bed (160×200), independent air conditioning, view of the Albères mountain range
- Néoulous Room — Two single beds that can be converted into a King Size bed (180×190), independent air conditioning, ideal for children or teenagers
- Bathroom (sink, toilet)

On the ground floor:
- Air-conditioned living/dining room — corner sofa, HD TV, high-speed WiFi
- Fully equipped Mediterranean kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, washing machine, Nespresso and filter coffee makers)
- Main bathroom: shower, freestanding bathtub, sink, toilet
